AirRide Scale reports the steer axle, drive group and each trailer group independently, the detail you need for legal, balanced loading on air suspension rigs.
Loadsense RF air sensors
AirRide Scale runs exclusively on Loadsense Wireless RF sensors. Each sensor reads the change in air pressure in your airbags as load is added or removed, then converts that to weight once calibrated.
These are not Bluetooth sensors. They use RF frequency for stronger range and longer battery life, with up to ~50m line-of-sight reception. Run up to 16 sensors across complex multi-axle truck and trailer combinations, including rigs that need two sensors per group for dual levelling valves.

AirRide Air Link device
The AirRide Air Link is the heart of the system. It captures the signals from all of your wireless RF sensors, then converts that RF data to Bluetooth so it can be received by the Loadsense mobile app on your phone.
One Air Link manages your whole rig (truck and trailer) so the driver or loader sees live weights without a fixed in-cab indicator. Mount it once, then weigh from the cab or from a safe spot while loading.

The Loadsense mobile app
AirRide Scale uses the same Loadsense app as the Titan PRO all-in-one scale: the same trusted look, feel and functionality, on Android and iOS.
Read gross weight and every axle group in real time, switch between kilograms and pounds, and capture job details like product, customer, PO number and registration. Calibration is stored on your device, so your scale setup stays with you.

Loadsense cloud portal
AirRide Scale supports the Loadsense subscription-based cloud reporting portal. Push live load data from the app to the cloud and give fleet managers and dispatchers real-time visibility of every vehicle's weights.
It's an optional upgrade for operators who want their onboard weighing to become fleet-wide operational data: records, trends and compliance you can manage from the office.
